How do I replace a damaged card?

  • Brickstuds will replace any STUDS Trading Card that is determined to be damaged or defective from any current-year product (only), while supplies last. Brickstuds will send a replacement card of similar value (same card not guaranteed).
  • To request a replacement card email the following: (1) a description of damage to card  (2) photo of attached damaged to support@brickstuds.com.

Tracking Your Order

  • You can track your order by going to the USPS.com and entering in your tracking code

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: All trading card products sales are final.  If you are looking to exchange, email us at support@brickstuds.com to receive a return authorization.  We will send the order out to you as soon as we receive the return. To report damaged merchandise or a shipment error please email us at support@brickstuds.com.

Shipping Policies

  • Shipping Schedule / Delivery Times
  • Orders placed will ship within 48 hours of order.  Orders placed on Friday will ship by following Tuesday.  Holidays are exceptions.

  • USPS Priority Shipping is now available to the following International destinations: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Hungary, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan.
  • International orders may be subject to additional Customs Fees. Please check with your country's customs policies before placing an order. The recipient of the package will be held fully responsible for all additional customs fees that may be incurred.
